You already know the truth:
Either you are happy in your current place,
Rather, you are not.
And you have to do something about it.
In the first case, you manage the system to keep it alive.
You make sure that it repeats itself and is sustainable.
In the second case, you throw away habits that were keeping you in the existing loop. If you are not fulfilled with the routine you live in:
Emotionally, physically, financially --
It means you were living by rules that don't suit you.
Not every system is bad.
But not every system is made for you & especially your growth.
The future you are becoming.
The vision you have for this brighter future includes in itself certain:
- environment,
- skills,
- events,
- challenges,
- supporters,
- haters,
- community,
- co-workers,
- tools,
- aesthetics,
- attitude,
- resources,
- and mindset.
While you keep repeating the old ones, there's no room for new ones to come in.
So, we need to make sure that replacement can be done.
Don't try to change everything at once;
your nervous system isn't ready to comprehend this.
Take one step at a time.
And while you are doing this -- Watch how your energy changes.
People, Location, Items -- hold energy, including emotions.
Some items make the place cozy; others remind you of some hard situation you went through.
- If the second item is yours -- throw it away.
- If it's someone else -- give it back.
- If a person is not reachable -- give it to the second person in line, and let them decide what to do with it.
When you go out through this door to the new surroundings,
you also say goodbye to your old ways of behaving.
And actually -- this is the hardest part of the journey.
- How do you spend your alone time?
- Where do you go to have fun?
- Whom do you ask for help?
- With whom do you celebrate the achievement?
These 4 questions are crucial in your new timeline.
