A lot of people before you talk about --
How great life is for the Gen Z generation!
And in many cases, they are right.
However, you are those who gets to experience guilting for seeing safety as a bare minimum. Have you heard someone from your family, relatives, even friends talking shame on you for expecting respectful attitude?
For wishing workplace to be a good place to live and work in.
For seeing your career only as a part of life, not the whole of it.
For questioning: Why everyone around you are so annoyingly fearful?
If this is familiar to you, then congratulations --
You know what the toxicity means.
Even us millennials are sometimes jealous for the time you guys & girls are experiencing in your childhood and teenage time.
We had no parents around us so much as you do.
We had no option to get everything we wished for Christmas.
We had to study and live in a place "grown ones" chose.
And wonder -- When does my time to play will come?
Maybe because of that we are so hardworking.
We want to get everything we didn't have while growing up.
However, exactly we are those who shows you what is possible,
and that Your Dreams is not something you need to throw away
as soon as you get 18.
The thing is that guilting and shaming for loving yourself, and treating yourself with respect -- is not something even we the previous generation should do.
But to get till the point where you are not afraid of being outperformed comes from the exact act of healing. That most of us do.
What it takes for you, then you also have your time, and place to experience life.
And I don't tell that each and every person from the Gen Z generation had great home life. It just would not be true.
In many cases, you want to experience the stability that millennials are so running from, and our parents were so clingy to.
The way you see a stable work and life balance is different from ours,
and it is okay.
What it takes for the Spirituality ...
Then you can have different kind of souls:
☑️ The young soul who sees life as the first one.
☑️ The old soul who had experienced life previously, and remembers that.
☑️ The star power and another place in the galaxy that you view as your home.
