Deep in Identity
Each person has its own purpose in life,
and the way of serving others that gives
the biggest emotional fulfillment.
There are 5 main personality groups:
- solvers,
- executives,
- teachers,
- creators,
- healers.
Each group is living in a different routine, schedule, mindset and body settings.
While your body is fueling you for one activities,
it can absolutely shut down 👎 from seeing you burning the given energy on other activities.
Solvers – find a way of solving the problem quickly, move from one task to another, have a list of people to take a task from.
Adapts to unexpected fast, and are good at seeing an opportunity for making a deal.
Executives – find a repetitive problem that can't be solved completely, but can be executed over and over again for years.
And live in this system, making a stable environment.
Teachers – are always finding whom to teach, see the potential of growth in people, and train or suggest skill development for mentees.
Provides safe space to learn, fail, discover,
and encourages to step into the full self.
Creators – are seeing beauty in pieces, and combine them together to create an art.
They express themselves, and use every situation as a fuel for creative expression.
Are good at connecting people on the emotional level, and often build communities.
Healers – are those seeing everyone else, seeing their differences, similarities, feelings.
Are good at turning heavy emotional, mental and or psychical burdens into a fuel for showing the way of healing for others.
Heal themselves first, and by doing that can dive in healing masses or some specific group of people that deeply care about.

Solvers can’t stand living in a slow system.
Executives can’t stand chaotic environments.
Teachers can’t stand lack of wish for growth.
Creators can’t stand lack of community.
Healers can’t stand lack of alignment.

The business model that you build a service around should be connected with your personal identity.
So, in the long-term it suits and serves your way of living.
P.S. Each of the identity groups can be involved in a startup building, but each of them would be connected at the right time, place, way, and result to deliver.
Ask yourself:
Whom do you see the most important to connect with?!
Customers, Legal institutions, Mentees,
Like-minded tribe, Inner Self & the Universe.
Yes, for each of group it is logical to connect with one or another on a daily basis –
but for others it is the same natural to connect with the different pieces of the whole picture.
So, what identity would you build your brand around?
How whom do you want to act in society?
