Today, I help creative women leave corporate identity and build personal brands that feel deeply aligned and confident.
The Foundation
Before this work, I spent seven years closely to tech industry -
- recruiting IT candidates across Latvia & Baltic states,
- leading outsourcing recruitment team,
- mentoring careers, and
- learning the startup industry from the outside observer role.
Chapter
That chapter taught me how to see patterns in people — their strengths, their blind spots, their potential.
But it was only part of the story.
Transformation
2023–2025 became a deep personal transformation —
not only professionally, but internally.
Identity shifted. Priorities shifted. The work deepened.
The Integration
Today, I combine strategic clarity with intuitive depth — helping women build brands that feel aligned, not constructed.
