I was a creative girl leaving corporate world.
Personal Branding topic was my way out.

Foundation
Before this work, I spent seven years closely to tech industry -
- recruiting IT candidates across Latvia & Baltic states,
- leading outsourcing recruitment team,
- mentoring careers, and
- learning the startup industry from the outside observer role.
Chapter 1.0
That chapter taught me how to see patterns in people — their strengths, their blind spots, their potential.
But it was only part of the story.
Where I was called a Personal Branding Witch π€
and took this naming in using for some time.
Transformation
2023–2025 became a deep personal transformation —
not only professionally, but internally.
Identity shifted. Priorities shifted. The work deepened.
