Personal or Professional one?
In so many cases people are staying around professional expertise,
than go beyond that with showing own personality.
From my side -- yes, we all are looking for solving the problem.
And those whom to delegate this task
need to have certain skills, and experience to being able helping us.
However, is it the whole information we need?
Is it the whole information we are satisfied having?
For the long-term cooperation, most likely not.
We come for expertise, but stay for the attitude.
We come for the professional, but stay for the person.
And the environment this person builds around him, her or themselves.
What kind of an environment do you build around yourself?
How does it looks like and whom are you welcoming in?
