When you hold

When you hold yourself as a leader you know that life is hard enough to not take the responsibility for your own actions. 

It is no longer about the survival, it is about longevity. 

Am I capable to take the charge when people need me? 

And can I hold my own power without shrinking it?

Because you know -- 

You are calmer when things happen. 

You can hold a space for own emotions, can work through them, and can not stay in line for followers just because you know what to do -- 

and don't need a permission to do so. 

Of course, that you are not the only one here to act as a hero, 

but you are aware of those whom to cooperate with. 

And if you don't see them -- you find them. 

You go places, because understand -- 

people behind you couldn't or were not capable to. 

They did what was in their line, and now you step up to yours. 

Are you? Good, now rest a bit, you would need some energy soon. 

And the world will give you an opportunity to show your true colors, 

as always.
